A Bangkok law office providing litigation, legal advice and contract services to Thai and international clients. Operated by Assawin Thai Law Advising Co., Ltd.

Our History

Assawin Law Office was founded by Assawin Thongkaw, who was licensed as a Thai attorney in 2013. Since then, he has represented and advised both Thai and foreign clients in litigation and legal matters.

On 25 July 2024, Assawin Thai Law Advising Co., Ltd. was incorporated to serve corporate clients, issue tax invoices, and build a team-based practice with lawyers, an asset tracing and enforcement unit, and an in-house Japanese interpreter.

Assawin has practiced law since 2013, handling civil and criminal cases as well as corporate advisory work. His mini engineering training helps him understand technical documents in construction and IT disputes, while his investigation experience supports evidence gathering and tracing debtors' assets.
